The house was spacious and beautiful, just like the pictures. Loved access to nice pool & beach. Actually the pictures don’t do justice. The house needs more TLC. Especially for price point. No AC in bottom level, took 24 hours to fix, the pool was dirty, the ceiling fans and air returns caked with dust. Poor cleaning quality. Not enough bathroom towels. Roaches throughout the house. I saw 4 huge roaches. Need better extermination. Parking was awful. We had 10 guests stay for my daughter’s wedding and could only park 3 cars. In the driveway. Was not informed when booking. Had to rotate cars at the local Publix. The grounds need excess parking space to accommodate these big houses. The gate access was very difficult depending on the staff very inconsiderate with our guest who had passes on their phone. They need better training. These are the reasons the value was rated poorly. Too many issues!
