It was a great and relaxing class at the Chapultepec park. The day was beautiful and Jeanine was so thoughtful and made the class very special.

What an amazing experience to start my week in Mexico City. Jeanine was very kind and brought a mat for me. It was truly a beautiful way to calm my mind and transition from work work work to a mindful and less anxious state of mind.

She provides very clear directions to the park. Our meditation was so grounding and her singing bowls filled the atmosphere with calming energy that perfectly aligned with the soft sounds of the park. At the end of our meditation, we began Hatha yoga. Jeanine led a beautiful flow and reminded us to think less in our heads and more into our heart. At the end of yoga, we analyzed our body with singing bowls and even a kalimba.

Don’t hesitate to try this beautiful experience. Truly a highlight of my trip.

La ubicación para la experiencia es perfecta, tranquila, en silencio y rodadas de naturaleza. Jeanine es muy amable, detallista, considerada y muy buena maestra. La clase es perfecta para cualquier nivel, no es difícil de hacer aún si nunca has hecho yoga. La meditación le dio el toque final perfecto.
