Great location, always able to find parking.

Exactly like the pictures! Super comfy and cozy. It is on the smaller side but it was perfect for me and my cat for the month. The ceilings are short like mentioned however I’m 5’4 and had no issues at all with the height! Parking was never an issue and the area felt very safe! Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! The house is highly functional and tastefully decorated, and the patio out back is awesome. We spent lots of time on the patio appreciating the view and the LA weather.

I stayed at Micheal's place for nearly 3 months with 4 other young professionals while working remotely. It suited our needs well. The location was great for us; it's very close to everyday needs, like grocery stores, while also being walking distance of Griffith and other tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and the beds were huge. We enjoyed the decor in the house, and the outdoor area was lovely.

Pros:
-Great location, centrally located
-Reasonable long term rate
-Outdoor area is a plus, neighbors are friendly
-Decor and size of rooms
-AC worked very well
-Micheal is very reasonable and responsive

Cons:
-Area near house w/stores seemed unsafe after dark (typical of Hollywood/Sunset Blvd)
-Internet dropped out a few times and wasn't the best quality-- improved over the course of our stay so might be better for future stays
-House and some appliances are dated and have quirks related to that
-Some cleanliness issues in the details, however my party showed up a couple hours early so it's possible they didn't have time to get to them; overall wasn't a big deal for us since we were on a long term stay and not a vacation

Overall, I would definitely recommend Micheal's place to others looking for a monthly stay.
