Your private two bedroom villa commands an impressive upper level view of the 15th tee of the Hualalai Golf Course while beyond you can admire Mauna Kea, Island of Maui and horizon views of the ocean. Designed by Honolulu-based Architect, Warren Sunnland, your spacious and modern villa is accented with local artwork and wood fittings. Vaulted ceilings make for airy spaces, while sliding doors allow you to easily let the outside in or step out to enjoy the exceptional Hawaiian climate. Everything is here to make your stay relaxing and includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with seating for four guests. Your inviting and luxurious living space includes Television and DVD player, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and washer/dryer. Outside you’ll discover the private lanai entertaining area where you can enjoy alfresco dining and barbecue any time of the day while taking in spectacular views. There are also one golf cart for your exclusive use and a single garage.

Perfectly positioned to make the most of the superb Hualalai Resort facilities, it’s ideal for families with young children who may still be in the napping stage! You can easily check on them while you relax on your private lanai. In addition to the variety of pools you can choose from, you’ll enjoy the closeness of the villa to the Waiulu Community Pool - just cross the driveway for a refreshing late-afternoon dip.

Your comfortable and luxurious bedding configuration features a Master with king bed and deluxe ensuite with both a tub and shower. Your second bedroom is conveniently fitted with twin beds and also features its own private en-suite. Both of these charming rooms include ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The Fairway Villas at Hualalai are located within walking distance from the Hualalai Trading Company, Sports Club & Spa, Hualalai Golf Course, Coffee Company and spectacular Four Seasons Resort Hotel. Nearby you’ll find a convenience market, shopping, tennis court, golf course and fitness facility. It is a 22 minute drive to Kona town and a 3 minute walk to Hualalai Resort Beach. Kona International Airport (KOA) is just 12 minutes’ drive away.
