Villa Roca is considered to be the most Luxurious and exclusive villa in Ibiza (Conde Nast Traveller) and voted one of the 4th most fabulous Villa in the World (Harper’s Bazaar). Offering the services of a luxury hotel within the privacy of a private villa, this is the ultimate vacation destination in the Balearics. Built on its own mountain with no near neighbours, there are seven personal staff to cater for your every desire. The Chef (at extra cost) can prepare a selection of local organic ingredients and local sea-food (food costs extra), and butlers provide a round-the-clock service.

Boasting spectacular 180º panoramic views of Ibiza Old Town, the beaches of Salinas, Es Codolar and the Island of Formentera, the vistas are truly world-class. The outdoor amenities include a large pool (32m/105 ft.) with waterfalls, hidden cave, floating cabana and sub-aquatic pool windows. There are also two hydro massage spa baths when you feel like unwinding in total comfort. To top it all off, you’ll find an infra-red detox sauna, pool-side bar with barman, dining and breakfast area also with barbecue. Villa Roca is one of those places where it’s almost impossible to do it justice with words alone.

This ultra-modern mansion is tastefully furnished in minimalist style and is carved into the solid rock 200 m. above sea level, amid its own mature pine forest. Most of the furniture and fittings have been specially designed for Villa Roca with its impeccable 500 m2 (5,380 sq. feet) internal living space and 600m2 (6,450 sq. feet) of terraces and external living areas.

In the most desired location on the island, the property is only 5 km to Ibiza Town (on the road to San José). The amazing nightlife, the clubs and bars of Ibiza are about a 10 minute drive, as are some of the best beaches on the island. Ibiza Airport (IBZ) is a mere 4 km away, so your vacation can start in earnest after touching down on Balearic soil.
