Great beach with park located 2 blocks from the unit. Great for kids as its protected by rocks so no large waves. Good for snorkeling. Also great surf spot.

Balneario El Escambron is a little beach, just to the east of Old San Juan. It is a family-friendly beach, with a small crescent of clean sand and usually calm waters, thanks to the coral reef a short distance from the beach.
