This is a local fave on SE 28th. Probably best to bike there vs. walk, or just drive. All locally sourced ingredients. Really unique small plate menu. Pro tip - they usually have breakfast too and nobody's there. They have another restaurant too that does Italian on Burnside too.

One of Portland's earliest and longstanding foodie haunts. Navarre has a tapas-style menu so that makes it easy to try dishes even if you're solo or a smaller party. The wine list is delectable. Now if only I could eat there every night :P
