If you like checking out local beer, you have to check out Schlafly. They have multiple brewpubs in StL, but the closest is Schlafly Bottleworks (1.9 miles in the Maplewood business district). Plenty of seating for large groups, and a great menu has something for everyone. You can shop retail, take a tour of the brew process, catch a maker fare, and see live music.
