The stable upstairs serves food, the saloon downstairs serves drinks and food. They're open late and the food isn't bad. Their wings and jerk chicken wrap are my go to.

Mt. Stable & Saloon is an iconic bar scene for the Mt. Vernon neighborhood. Enjoy great bar bites, $6 ribs on Monday night and your bevy of cocktails, beers and wines.

The Stable is perfect for a dose of comfort food. This is our favorite neighborhood go-to watering hole. Plus they serve their full menu until midnight on week nights and 1am on Saturday & Sunday!
