Puerto Rico is famous for its "queso blanco", or white cheese. Vaca Negra (Black Cow) makes delicious homemade cheeses and you can even set up a tour of their facilities and make your OWN cheese!

If your'e interest lies in the culinary side, vaca negra cheese factory is sure to impress. Craft your own cheese under the supervision of these renowend producers. The tours are held every Saturday at 10:30 am or at 2 pm. We can also create private tours with a minimum of 10 people.
