Está en un pueblo de 2500 habitantes rodeado de naranjos con muchos servicios a menos de 300 m: Charter, farmacia, polideportivo, bares... Además cerca tiene playa (3m), parada de tren (1m) y de metro (5m)(m=min en coche).
