If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

Popular nearby attractions include The Eden Project, Boardmasters (Newquay) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan - all within a 30 minute drive away.

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Pepper Cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot in the heart of St Agnes. It’s a 500m walk to the village centre which boasts an abundance of amenities; cafes, pubs, bakery, butchers and veg shop. Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.

A cosy newly built semi-detached one-room annex with a double bedroom, bathroom, garden access, private entrance and on-site parking. The place is conveniently situated in a residential area in central Truro and can be used as a base to explore the city and the county of Cornwall. It provides easy access to public transport and is a 10-minute walk away from the city centre, shops and restaurants. The annex will be spotlessly clean on arrival.
