It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This is newly redecorated (2017) 4* apartment with modern interior design. It is located cca 200m from the old historical center of Trogir. 300m from the nearest city beach. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all in walking distance. Apartment has 80m2, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace. It is equipped with free WiFi(speed~300Mbs), 3 air conditioning units, SMART TV with Netflix and IPTV. There is a free parking place for one car.

Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
