Designed in a farmhouse style and situated on our five-acre estate, Apple Hill, the apartment includes access to our beautiful gardens and gorgeous pool. The space is ideal for everyone from leaf peepers and travel nurses, to visiting clinicians working at UConn Health and Hartford HealthCare, to parents visiting students at Miss Porter’s, Avon Old Farms and Wesleyan.

Water Forest Retreat Tree House is a 168 sq ft. private heated and electrified tiny home with stained glass windows surrounding an oak tree nestled on 56 acres of forest. Enjoy your favorite drink out on the deck up in the trees while watching the birds. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a brook, waterfall, marsh and pond. The apartment’s kitchen is fully stocked, additional bedding, towels, and air mattress are included too. A bicycle rack is available, as well as off street parking.

Enjoy this entire place, just for you. This one bedroom apartment is on the first floor. Two more units with neighbors upstairs (may make some noise.) Pretty close to everything, including downtown Hartford and 20mins from Bradley Airport. Parking space in the back of the house. Driveway is a little narrow, but cars (big or small) have no problem parking in the back. It gets muddy in the back when it rains. Feel free to ask any questions you might have about anything.
