Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Get out and explore, taking the ferry over to Mudeford Quay and Harbour for some crabbing or a fish lunch on the beach. Fire up our BBQ, and enjoy views of the Jurassic Coastline. As the sun goes down, a starlit canopy is unveiled for a magical evening. In the morning, wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim!

On the ground floor, at the front of a seafront house, The Foredeck is completely self contained with its own conservatory, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and garden area. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

A Modern Luxury Cabin on The Jurassic Coast is a self-contained cabin in our garden. Built in July 2020 & 5m square it's a compact studio with a double bed & a mezzanine which sleeps a young adult as it's accessed by a steep ladder. Not suitable for children under 12yrs . En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.
