Arty miners cottage, wild tin coast of Botallack

This old miners cottage has been colourfully transformed by the artist owner. Traditional granite walls keep the rooms cool in summer and on chilly evenings you can cosy up around the log burner. There is a good size garden with mature trees, a BBQ and outdoor dining area. It's the perfect base for exploring the mines of Botallack, where Poldark was filmed and is also close to many local beaches including Sennen Cove and Porthcurno. The house is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

On sunny days, the front terrace is perfect for breakfast overlooking the beach, or just sitting & watching the sea!

The Cart Lodge at Porthcurno Barns Family run, eco-friendly, cosy and spacious barn conversion nestled in a peaceful seaside hamlet walking distance to the stunning Porthcurno, Pedn Vounder beaches and the Minack Theatre. Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 min drive for activities and restaurants.

15 minutes stroll to Porth Nanven Beach

Tremellion is a cosy C19th terraced miners granite cottage located on the edge of Cot Valley within an AONB. It offers an open plan living space with roaring woodburner together with dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. The rooms are light and airy with contemporary furniture and local art work. Up the slightly steep painted staircase there’s a double bedroom (with bathroom leading off) and a twin bedroom. Please note: access to the bathroom is through the double bedroom.

Secret beaches plus lots of wild birds & sea life incl. seals. A very special place. WiFi is good & stable as switched to Starlink.

It is also only a 5 min walk to the Minack theatre and the southwest coastal path. Porthcurno beach has been used for filming Poldark and is rated one of the top beaches in the UK. A bright and airy studio, one king sized bed, 15 minutes walk to the coast path. Views onto open countryside. Lots of places to explore. There's a well stocked village shop, fish and chip shop and 1 pub nearby. Fully equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals. There is no parking outside the studio. There is free roadside parking before you turn off for the terrrace 100m away. The studio is for 2 guests only Strictly no extra guests!

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
