Set in the suburb of Erskineville, five kilometers from downtown, the apartment is around the corner from iconic King Street, home to restaurants, pubs, and shops. The Erskineville, St. Peters, and Newtown stations are a short walk away. Lots of transports close. Easy to get to the city, bus or train. Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

It's a small studio, but not an entire house. Access is via lockbox. Perfect spot for guests with a view to accommodating every need.

The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in an old and slightly tatty flat on top of a studio and interacting with our community.
