TV. 30 m2 de jardín priv. delante del mar. Patio de 15 m2 con plantas, que da luminosidad y vida. Piscina y a/ac. La habitación secundaria dispone de dos camas individuales. Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

The maximum capacity is 22 people. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool, and the vibrant atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

The town centre and the train station are about a 5-minute walk away, and the beaches are about 10 minutes away. Barcelona city is 45 minutes by train from the city. The space offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, while staying close to shops and restaurants. This limitation is based on space, comfort, and safety considerations.

My flat has great sea views, and you’ll enjoy its location, the light, its proximity to the beach (3 minute walk door-to-sand) and the pool. It has an A/C bedroom with a queen size bed & a living room with a sofa bed plus Wifi, satellite TV, a DVD, a stereo and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven. If you are a couple, family or a solo/business traveler, this place is perfect for you.
