Le camere sono state ristrutturate e arredate in agosto 2020. Sono dotate di bollitore, bagno privato, tv 32 p. , WIFI. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere i magnifici borghi marinari di Portovenere e di Lerici, e per raggiungere le Cinque Terre. (Siamo a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 5 minuti a p. dai traghetti)

The apartment is located in the main street of the city, 500 meters from La Spezia Central Station and 400 meters away from the ferry.
