Led by our professional chefs, you'll enjoy a fun and interactive lesson, discovering the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta like Ravioli, Fettuccine, and Tortelli in various shapes.
We provide all the essentials—apron, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour.
After preparing your pasta, we’ll cook it together with delicious sauces, sharing the meal family-style with the group, just like a true Italian gathering.
One sauce is prepared in advance, while the chef will cook the other in front of you.
This 3-hour experience offers a perfect opportunity to socialize with fellow travellers in an authentic Italian atmosphere.
During the meal, savour organic Tuscan wine from our farm, "Dalle Nostre Mani," produced with natural methods. If you’d like, you can purchase a bottle to enjoy during the class.
We will end the event with some chocolate dessert and a shot of limoncello.
