The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

This one bedroom boutique apartment is located in a security building and features a unique two level layout - with washed timber flooring extending onto a neat deck area . The open plan living/dining area includes a desk area. The sleek white/stainless steel kitchen is well equipped . Up stairs is a spacious Master Bedroom Ensuite Bathroom with Built in Robes. Washer/Dryer Combo is also included for guests convenience

Enjoy this stylish and centrally located studio located just a short stroll to Bondi Beach. You will be on the sand in five minutes enjoying the sun and surf. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby as well as convenient transport options to Bondi Junction or the city just two mins away. The self checkin studio is completely private. It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!
