We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Private Studio Apartment; Kitchen; Fully Furnished

This 625 sqft fully furnished studio apartment has its own private entrance and sleeps 2-3 with a queen bed and Murphy bed. Other than outside, there is no contact with other people (hosts, other guests, etc) possible unless the guest allows such. The unit consists of a living room, dining space (breakfast basics provided), kitchen, full bathroom/laundry. Walk to Fairfield U; an easy train ride to NYC. (Need the Murphy bed? PLEASE do not wait until just before checkin to let us know that!)

Beautiful 1920's beach cottage with beach access just across the street. Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean views, and sound of the waves lapping in this quaint home with unique architecture. Ten minutes to downtown New Haven and Yale for great places to eat, museums, and nightlife. Public beach and playground nearby. Warm and welcoming community. Welcome to your private lakefront sanctuary. Have the chance to make memories whether it is by fishing on either of the two docks? or the chance to kayak to explore the lake. Completely renovated with comfort and style in mind, this waterfront getaway offers panoramic lake views and direct water access. Start your mornings with coffee on one of the two private docks watching the sunrise. Unwind each evening on the patio all decked out with restful seating and a chance to watch the fireflys.

Our guests also gain access to Johnsons' Beach, a private residents only beach, located just around the corner from the home(4min walk/900ft)
