Apartment has a queen bed, kitchenette (no stove but a microwave), ensuite bathroom and lounge area, with delightful outdoor garden setting to enjoy your afternoon aperitif or morning cuppa. Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Ocean views, native birds and trees

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.

It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

Large sun filled decks have been built to make the most of the beautiful ocean views creating a relaxed space for family and friends to enjoy. Walk 2 mins to the end of the street and you’ll be at the Scarborough hotel where you can have a drink, coffee, a casual lunch or dinner surrounded by incredible views of the ocean!
