It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! We welcome you to our garden guest suite adjacent to Central Park, cozily situated at the back of the property; shaded by trees and hedges, with gardens and a small pond. The area is surrounded by a myriad of scenic trails, spectacular waterfalls and stunning lookouts. Enjoy the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage-listed landscape right on our doorstep. There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

Sedalia Farm Cottage - stunning rural retreat

Enjoy the serenity and truly picturesque backdrop of captivating rural vistas at this unique charming, private stand alone cottage that sits separately from the main farm house. It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
