This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Kuća je podignuta 4 metra iznad zemlje, te vas tako dok boravite u njoj okružuje krošnjama drveća. Kuća se sastoji od dnevne sobe koja je ujedno i blagavaonica, wc-a, spavaće sobe s dva odvojena kreveta, te galerije s bračnim krevetom. U dnevnom boravku se nalazi kamen na drva, koji pruža poseban igođaj tokom zimskih dana, udobni kauč koji može poslužiti i kao dodatni ležaj za jednu osobu.
