Tressa is a purpose built shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. This dog secure area has an outdoor patio and small sheltered sitting shelter. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Welcome to Little House, the perfect place for a relaxed, beachside family getaway. Perched just above the golden sands of Harlyn Bay, this spacious and welcoming house sleeps up to ten people in four lovely bedrooms and is a wonderful base from which to create those summer holiday memories. Sandy feet and salty wetsuits can be rinsed off under the outdoor shower, and a sheltered rear garden provides plenty of space for those sunny evenings with a game of croquet on the lawn.

Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

There are basins or en-suites in every bedroom, the rooms are huge and you'll have magnificent views out to sea from the kitchen, living room, patio and two of the six bedrooms.
