We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Waterside Beach Retreat

Beautiful New England period home steps from the beach on the Long Island Sound. Recently renovated from top to bottom with new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout. Idyllic location on quaint & quiet street. Hide away and relax or discover the many local attractions - water sports, fishing, winery, antique stores, scenic walks, premium outlet shopping are all on your doorstep. Ideally located off the I-95 halfway between NYC & Boston, both of which are a train ride away.

Pet Friendly One Bedroom House

Great pet friendly house located close to the water, downtown, beaches, train service and I-95. Off street parking, laundry facilities, great fully fenced in back yard. Large, one bedroom and one bath with a pull out queen size sleeper couch in the main room. Wi-Fi, Roku TV, boards games, and DVDs available. Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.

Here you'll enjoy bird watching, fall leaf-peeping, swimming, and fishing, and we are dog friendly! Minutes from the Guilford train station, local restaurants, shopping, and the historic town green. Sea Breeze is only 20 minutes from New Haven and the Yale campus. We have it all, even the beach towels!

Private & surrounded by seagrass blowing in the breeze & cheerful birds waking you with the sunrise. Seagrass Bungalow is the perfect getaway for two & their small pup. Do yoga on the private deck, shower outdoors in the sunlight, grill local corn, have a cocktail by the firepit, or get out & walk to the cutest town green, shops, restaurants, & beach! ☀️

The Barn by the Sound

Spend a weekend in The Barn: a modern designed free-standing building with guest studio apartment above, designed to look like a barn; the studio has views at tree level of a quiet, old neighborhood; one block from Long Island Sound; on a section of the historic old Boston Post Road. There is lots of natural light coming from a large window with a lovely view of a privet hedge on our property overlooking a park like property across the street.

One Bedroom Apt-Cristys Madison

1 bedroom apt with king bed, 2 full bathrooms (1 w bathtub), full kitchen with keurig, living room and workspace. All couches pull out to beds (4 beds total). Free cable/Roku, WiFi and beach access. 1 minute walk from 2 beaches, and minutes from center of town, shopping and various weekly town events. Main building has a full restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maid service not provided. Dog friendly - dog must be well behaved.

Our private loft is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and all brand new furniture and appliances. The kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully designed and sourced from our design showroom right downstairs! Minutes from local beaches and our favorite food spots in town, we hope you enjoy our beautiful and cozy loft as much as we do!
