We personally manage and clean the apartment, and charge only the cost of restocking supplies.

The apartment includes 1 x queen bed, 1 x queen sofa bed in living room, air conditioner, full kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard. If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay.
