Just moments from the beach, it offers a private and comfortable retreat with home-style amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge w/ TV, bathroom with washing machine & a huge yard with a barbecue. The flat also features a double bed and a separate bedroom with a king bed and space for an extra single mattress if requested.

Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

Berne St Treehouse

Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

Gymea Cottage is a two-storey cabin. The upper deck is independent of the lower floor & has a private bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen with a beautiful veranda between the treetops. The lower deck has a private bedroom, stunning verandah and views, but a more compact lounge & kitchen. You can indulge yourself in your own private spa and watch the stars. Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! It is located on 126 acres of bushland with 3 other cottages spaced out on the property.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

Kayaks/Canoes are provided with life jackets & bicycles with helmets. Plenty of room for kids to play while you sit back under an undercover patio or on the benches around the fire pit with a drink in hand watching the amazing sunsets. A BBQ is provided for relaxed summer outdoor dinners & entertaining

We reside upstairs to be available for our guests needs and for any minor maintenance issues that may inadvertently arise during your stay. The guest house has an outside pool and your own spa bath to relax in after 18 holes of Golf. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.
