You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.

Relax, unplug and unwind for the weekend at this beachside country retreat. Stunning 2 bedroom home with all of the modern conveniences, set on half an acreage just minutes to Bateau Bay, Forresters and Wamberal beaches. An alfresco entertaining area and large yard for the kids/your furry friends. Visit and feed our goats, chooks and bunny. Lucy (Boxador Retriever) is our hostess with the mostest and will greet you on arrival.
