Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Paradise awaits when you arrive through our gates. One hour from Sydney, this serene and beautiful property offers privacy and tranquillity. Take in incredible valley vistas all whilst relaxing on the balcony, and look out for our wombats, wallabies, lyre birds, and bush turkeys. Sometimes we have cows in our paddocks. Spot wild deer and platypus in our creek. Full size petanque pitch, billiards, darts games room Sit around our fire pit and watch the sky come alive with stars at night. Bliss!

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

This light and airy 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

The Lakehouse

Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The Lakehouse is suitable for a couple or a family of four but is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to accessibility to the lake. **PLEASE NOTE ** WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS Breakfast cereal milk jam etc
