When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a modern kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom.The second floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is our mission and plan to make your stay at Villa Ana and the island of Šolta as pleasant as possible.We understand it is all about the details, and hope you will find our grounds and rooms relaxing and tastefully designed.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Apartment Ana is located in Trogir Ciovo, consisting of two bedrooms with double beds and one room with a single bed , kitchen , living room ( with a fireplace that is not in use only for a candle inside it for ambiance ), large balcony with beautiful sea view , total apartment has 160 m2 . Beach is 30 m near apartment. Near the apartment is a taxi boat that will take you to the center of TROGIR.Price for one adult is 5 €. A taxi boat gives you a panoramic view of the city. We recommend it.

All indor areas air-conditioned. One floor down swimming pool with shade area equipped with big garden sofa, child toys and electric bike. Nice grill area.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up. Photos do not explain how brilliant this place is. A modern space, very comfortable bed, air con, fridge, smartTV and coffee machine. Large shower room off main space."...

The apartment is close to the The Baotić Marina, old town of Trogir and shopping centre - all in range of just 5 min on foot. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment and place for grilling. Also, there is a very small gym for one person in the house. View is on medieval fortress, marina and sea. The apartment has two toilets, two bedrooms and each room has air conditioning. Hosted by certified tourist guide, specialized for Trogir and Split.

The house is on the south side of the island (sunny side) in quiet neighbourhood, only 150m from the beach. Trogir is 5 kilometers away, the airport 9 kilometers, and Split 31 kilometers away.
