A lovely annex in the heart of Freshwater Bay with a large garden. 1-minute walk to the Piano Cafe which serves great breakfast & lunches + just 50 metres further is Orchards, a handy local corner shop. Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Delightful Fishermans Lodge - central Christchurch

Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Close to beaches AND the New Forest.

It is located 2.6 miles away to the historic town of Yarmouth and is on the Isle of Wight Cycle route and perfectly situated for the huge amounts of walking trails West Wight has to offer through countryside and woodlands, beaches and towns.

The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable king size bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

Large & Sunny Apartment Boscombe, Bournemouth

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield. The Onion Loft is located on the outskirts of Lymington, in the New Forest National Park. This beautiful scandi style small home is the perfect retreat for couples and families. A five minute drive to the center of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.
