Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
