Top of the Hill House - view the silo art trail!

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. A self contained bungalow at rear of Victorian residence over looking pool designed for couples. Bedroom with king bed Is connected to living space in open plan format ie no door. Separate bathroom, kitchen living area. Pool available for guests to use but is shared with others. Free Wi- Fi. Please note ; a two night minimum stay applies. We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.

The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

Step through the ornate stained glass door and soak up the period charm of a self-contained oasis built in 1887. The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).
