Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

There is ample off-road parking in our driveway, a separate guest entrance to the cottage, and a communal guest dining room for breakfast. There is a wonderful, local pub a mile down the road & others close by.

We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Family bathroom. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.
