Set in the country for a Peaceful setting where you can hear the birds sing and see our beautiful flowers and enjoy sitting on the front porch and relaxing. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

Welcome! Our Boho suite is spacious, cozy, and private with gigabit fiber internet. Private entry, too! In the living room, you can watch Netflix on TV or work at the desk. Then when it's time for sleep, you can move to the bedroom, shut the barn door, and curl up in bed. Wake up refreshed in the morning with our coffee station (Keurig, fridge, & microwave). This is a private house with separate entrance on 15 acres of property. There are two other tiny houses for guests near this guest house, a family home, and two garage apartments on the property as well.

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.
