Kick back & relax in this newly built A-frame cabin with an outdoor space featuring a large deck overlooking the hillside. Enjoy the custom made cedarwood sauna, hot tub, firepit with hanging egg chairs while listening to the beautiful waterfall feature. Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen including nespresso machine, air fryer, blender and more. King size bed with a Helix Hospitality mattress dressed with luxe Brooklinen linens & pillows. Spacious bathroom with a large stand up shower.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Log Cabin: Cozy Creekside Cabin in Great Location

We can't wait to welcome you into our Cozy Log Cabin! Nestled next to a trickling creek this is the perfect place for a little romantic getaway, fun trip with the kids, or a girls/friends trip. Settle in next to the fireplace with a good book or relax around an outdoor fire with a glass of wine at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sound of the creek. With 2 BR/2 baths this is perfect for small groups and is very centrally located to all of the nearby Lancaster County attractions.

Beloved Chateau (with Hot Tub)

The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

“McDaniels Corner” (Cozy Home in North Wilmington)

When you step into "McDaniel's Corner" you get a Quiet and Modern Feel in a 'Cozy' Early Twentieth Century brick home. This cozy home has our guests feeling comfortable and relaxed while providing modern day luxuries in this historic home. You can’t beat this central location close to Longwood gardens, Winterthur, the Nemours Estate and so much more. There are also tons of great restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, Nemours Children’s Hospital and so much more to see and do.

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

Spacious Historic King Suite

Our most budget-friendly option. This is our oldest unit, kept specifically for guests seeking a low-cost stay. If you are looking for crisp and fresh, this is not the place for you. It is a simple, functional apartment on the 1st floor in a historic building—not a luxury renovation. We require government-issued photo ID, sign agreement and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion.

Welcome to The Cottages on Orchard—a restored 1BR/1BA, dog-friendly cottage (king bed) built in 1920 by author Victor Thaddeus. Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, fireplace (wood provided), firepit, and scenic walks to the woods, creek, and nature trails. READ HOUSE RULES.

We have a screened in porch that you are welcome to enjoy but it's a community gathering. If you enjoy games we have card games, board games and domino. Happy to direct to any local attractions or new events in the area.

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
