PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The pool and spa are CLOSED from LABOR DAY through MEMORIAL DAY. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
