Walk down the steps to what we call the Misty River Park where you will find a shared seating area with a few hammocks and a unique floating dock.

Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

Unique camping experience with only 6 sites on a 3 acre property. Great for groups of families and friends, hikers, climbers, bikers . Located directly on Seneca Creek . 2 miles from popular Seneca Rocks. Each site is situated for optimal privacy. Each site has a small solo stove and endless firewood with awnings if rain is in the forecast . Central Grill area, with a smoker, charcoal and gas grill and air fryer Tesla charging station for $8 per charge fee

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable retreat. RV sits right on Seneca Creek which is prime area for fishing. 3 miles from Seneca Rocks welcome center/ climbing/ hiking. Close proximity to Seneca Caves, Blackwater Falls, multiple hiking trails. Spectacular nightly viewing of stars. Each unit has a smokeless firepit with a larger fire pit at the far end for gathering/ larger fires. Rental comes with wood with additional wood for purchase as needed.
