Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

A countryside annex in 1.2 acres

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Sitting in 1.2 acres of countryside, enjoy the quiet charm of watching woodpeckers and deer. This place is tranquil and relaxing but only 10 miles from Bath and within easy reach of many tourist attractions including Longleat and Stourhead. A self contained accommodation it consists of one bedroom and large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine and a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed for a further 2 guests.

Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Stylish Self Contained FlatLet.

Welcome to The Stylish FlatLet Westbury Wiltshire. Please note we have one double zip link bed which can be separated into two single beds if requested. The FlatLet is annexed to our home and is totally self contained and private from the main house, with its own separate front door and enclosed private patio area Lots of nearby attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, The Historic White Horse, Bath and Salisbury. Recommended eatery's, takeaways etc....all listed in the House Manual.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Old Dairy, Dilton Vale Farm near Longleat

Set in an idyllic, tranquil setting with beautiful grounds surrounding, babbling brooks, a mill pond; solitude and yet close to Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Longleat, Center Parcs, cycling routes, Castle Combe, footpaths, bridleways and many more places to discover. Detached / entire property with its own access with bifold doors opening up onto a private courtyard which has an outside table where you can enjoy watching the sun go down over the mill pond.

Simple, cosy, quiet, relaxing space for 2 - Birch

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a “Barnlet” :) Birch Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat (11 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

Self Contained Annexe in Warminster, Wiltshire

This stylish one-bedroom self-contained annexe was built in 2022 and finished to a high standard throughout. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the market town of Warminster, it offers a peaceful base with its own private entrance. Just minutes from Longleat Safari Park and around 30 minutes from Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. Air conditioning provides extra comfort during the summer months. Ideal for couples, short breaks and business stays.

The Old School House

The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience.

Cosy Cabin.

Cosy Cabin features its own parking spot nearby, its own private patio area and spa/hot tub. Bathroom is a few steps away and features a walk in shower and underfloor heating. The cabin itself is fully insulated with double glazed doors and window. Smart TV has many options for viewing including Netflix etc plus WiFi.
