Quiet Woodland Apartment is a remodeled basement apartment. We are situated on eight acres of woods two miles from downtown Greenville. Shenango Reservoir and Recreation Area, Pymatuning and Goddard State parks are fifteen to twenty minutes away. Thiel College and St. Paul’s Retirement Community are also only three miles, and downtown Greenville is two miles away. Private entry and parking space, a fully functioning kitchen and comfortable living space adds to the charm of this location.

In the warm months, you are close to the Gatehouse Winery, Mortals Key Brewery and Carried Away Outfitters. Our lake and surrounding country roads are very picturesque.

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. Built in the 1950s by my grandfather and three hired workmen. Today my grandmother still owns the cabin. The cabin sits among trees on a quiet road. Located minutes away are wineries and golfing, or stay on property and enjoy a woodsy view from the couch. WiFi and a smart TV are ready for use. To enter, the code for the key box is messaged to you a day before arrival. Water is from a well. It can have a sulphur smell. During the summer we are able to run a filtration system.
