Welcome to peace and relaxation in my Grade II listed cottage in historic Shaftesbury. The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

Exceptionally furnished, equipped to a very high standard & with two bedrooms, two bathrooms & a fenced, private garden, everything is here for a perfect rural retreat. The Barn sits alongside, but completely separate from, the old farmhouse, so if you should need anything then your host, Frankie, will be able to help.
