It’s a private basement, quiet place. It stays comfy all year. It has separate entrance. There is converter which can be used as cooling and heating. Tea coffee supplies are available as complimentary. Water bottle & snack basket is their WiFi is available and you can enjoy Netflix YouTube. There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. DoorDash and Uber eats deliver the food easily.

This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house. Welcome to Loft 36. A modern *private upstairs apartment* in a safe residential Long Island Neighborhood. Spacious and fully furnished with a private keyless entrance. Centrally located in the heart of WEST BABYLON. We are a quick trip to Babylon Village shops, bars, and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Jones Beach, Robert Moses, and Marina Beaches. Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
