The twin-bedded room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. It's in a separate part of the house and self contained, with your own entrance. A simple help-yourself breakfast is provided. Free parking. A fridge is provided & fresh milk, tea, coffee & biscuits.

This modern, private annexe is located in West Hill, Ottery St Mary, East Devon - Close driving distance to Exeter, Honiton, Exmouth and Sidmouth. Only 45 minutes to Dartmoor National Park. We have a clean and fresh, recently renovated self contained studio apartment with a kitchen area containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. We are dog friendly and there are plenty of options for dog walking straight from the property.
