The Highbanks is a 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath home that can sleep and feed up to 6 people. Full breakfast is included! Serve yourself: Items included, but not limited to; Coffee (decaf/reg),hot cocoa (kureig+ traditional pot), several kinds of cereal, waffles, pancakes, milk, juice, eggs, sausage, bread + more! The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

With a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and a prime downtown location near the water and park, UP North Roost is the perfect place to relax and explore the best of Escanaba.

Cozy cottage with room for 4-5 on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen futon. SmartTv, Wifi.

This home features 2 beds, 1.5 baths, and one sofa bed to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Completely remodeled 2022.

Enjoy a peaceful experience at this centrally-located attached suite. There is a private deck for views of beautiful Bay De Noc. The apartment sleeps two privately or 4 with the sleeper sofa. Stay with us for slow mornings watching the sunrise or late nights counting shooting stars. We are located between Gladstone and Escanaba right next door to The Terrace Hotel, Freshwater Tavern, and Biggby Coffee.

Adventure U.P. 2

Adventure U.P.2 is a quiet little cabin on a paved dead end country road,6 miles from the closest town. You’ll love my place because of the quiet woods, fire-pit for quiet campfires where you may hear owls, coyotes, and many varieties of birds, and the coziness of a U.P. cabin. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Nothing fancy but functional and cozy!

Waterfall Vista

Cozy cabin with a million dollar view. Perfect setting for total relaxation. Great area for fly fishing or just walking the river. Sit on the deck or at the campfire with your favorite beverage to decompress. There is no WiFi or TV. Cell service can be spotty. It’s a great place to unplug.

Beck Plaza Extended Stays Suite B

Brand new in December of 2018, Duane and Sandy Beauchamp built the Extended Stay apartments in Beck Plaza. They created a beautiful space, kept it sparkling clean, and treated their guests like they want them to come back :-) We intend to carry on that legacy!
