The Cottage is a small house, with a queen size bed, side table, dresser, a side chair and an Armoire. The Bathroom is small, but has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave

If you're looking to spend the weekend or even a week at our little oasis around Buffalo Springs Lake - then we have your space! Fishing, swimming, boating and all sorts of water activities. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Welcome to Little Blue Farmhouse in the northwest corner of Borden County. Since 1908, six generations of the Smith family have owned, cared for, and enjoyed this beautiful cotton farm. This historic home was originally built in the 1940s and completely restored just a few years ago! It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and fun stay. Come enjoy the history, the beautiful sunsets, and the peace and quiet of this country home!

The middle room has bunkbeds. And the third bedroom has twin beds with XL length mattresses which are about 4 inches longer than regular twin mattresses. Just a few blocks from the High School and the football stadium.
