Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Keuka Lake view cottage located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the East side of the lake. This is a year round guest house that was rebuilt in 2019-2020. It has a beautiful lake view from inside the house and from the front porch, we do not provide direct lake access. Location to launch your boat 1/2 mile away, walk to 2 wineries & 1 distillery, 1/2 mile to The Switzerland Inn & Keg & Barrell. We are also close to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake.

Cottage in Hemlock

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Our special place sits upon 5 quiet acres on the majestic Seneca Lake. With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

Riesling Retreat - Waterfront Cottage, Lamoka Lake

Riesling Retreat is situated on scenic Lamoka Lake, in NY’s Finger Lakes Region, between Keuka and Seneca lakes. Our cottage is professionally cleaned after each visit and boasts an expansive covered porch, full kitchen with gas stove and island for cooking, manicured lawn with fire pit, dock, and launch for the kayaks or canoe. It is central to Watkins Glen, Hammondsport, and more than 250 wineries; you can’t go wrong!
