Cozy Farm Cottage with Horses, Fire Pit, & Trails

Escape to Timberline Ranch, a 30-acre horse farm near historic Smithfield. Horses and goats are visible from multiple windows. Your bedroom is cozy with room-darkening drapes, plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee station stocked and to-go cups. Bathroom has a ceiling heater, towel warmer, essentials. W/D with detergent. Step out to the front porch rocking chairs, fire pit (wood incl), and picnic table. Explore trails, follow the creek, and hunt for hidden gnomes.

Surry Homeplace

Located a few miles from the ferry to Williamsburg, and one mile from Chippokes State Park, this home has the feel of camping with all the amenities of home! Inside you will find washer and dryer, wifi (this is dish wifi - Zoom will not work and sometimes it is spotty), two full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside offers a fire pit, a charcoal grill, a fenced area for pets / limit 2 (30 pound max dog, NO CATS ) and plenty of room for parking. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house.

Want to getaway and enjoy the sounds of nature. My unique bungalow is on my beautiful farm in quiet Surry County located just outside Wakefield. But still minutes from the free Scotland ferry to Williamsburg and the industry here. This is a great valued stopover. Perfect for 2 romantic folks, or a close family member or a working person who just happens to be working here. We also have WiFi and a smart tv that’s perfect. Plus a very clean bathroom, shower and wash station very close by.

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. Situated across from beautiful Chimborazo Park, this historic limestone home dates back to 1902. The entire sun flooded top floor features two bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, and a full bathroom. Unit also includes a 56" smart TV and two desk areas if needed. Need to run a load of laundry? No problem there is a ventless all in one washer/dryer. Shared front porch with rockers and park views, and a shared back yard offer additional social distance friendly ways to hang out.

"Lofty Cottage" Adorable 1-Bedroom Guest House

Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.
