Mountain bike trails, walking and streams, great for dog owners and nature lovers.Your own hot tub 24 hrs a day, have a bbq on the firebowl or cosy up inside by the wood burning stove. Set 20 mins from north coast and 20 mins from south coast, this is perfect location for exploring cornwall. Separate bedroom, full cooking facilities, private decking area, hot tub, fire bowl/ bbq. The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex and makes Lostwithiel easy to get to for exploring Cornwall’s beautiful sights. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

Just a three minute drive from the A30 slip road on quiet edge of Town roads which makes for easy access.

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
